Ferries are continuing to transport commuters to Paget and Warwick despite an announced cancellation of service by Government.

Service to all other areas remains suspended.

Government said this afternoon there "has been no official word on when the remaining commuter routes would resume service".

The suspension is said to be the result of a dispute between the Department of Marine and Ports and Government.

The cause of the dispute has not been stated.
