Bromby wins Rolex Miami regatta

Peter Bromby and Lee White won the Star Class in the Rolex Miami Olympic regatta, reversing an upset a day earlier.

Bromby and White turned in finish positions of 2-11 to pull ahead of Andy Lovell (New Orleans, La.) and Eric Oetgen (Savannah, Ga.).

This makes the second time Bromby's team has stood

atop the podium at this event, a press release said. Bromby won in 1995 and was second in

2002).

The Star Class was considered to be the toughest class at the event.
