Katura Horton-Perinchief missed out on the Commonwealth Games one-metre springboard final as the Games got underway today in Manchester, England.

Horton-Perinchief, made it through the preliminary round this morning, but came fourth in the semi-finals, scoring 219.72 points, 79.62 points behind the winner of her heat, Canadian Blythe Hartley.

Hartley went on to take the silver medal in the final. Australian Irina Lashko won the gold medal.
