Dear Sir,

I would like to see the following changes made to the Cup Match classic in 2006:

1) Neutral international umpires appointed for the match.

2) Appointment of a match referee responsible for ensuring that the ICC code of conducts in 3) below are adhered to and to act as judge in terms of any contraventions.

3) Both players and umpires to be subjected to the ICC Code of conduct.

4) For those found guilty of the ICC code of conduct, bans for the players and umpires and fines for the clubs (length of bans and fines to be determined by both clubs in consultation with the Bermuda Cricket Board).

5) My personal favourite . . . stump microphones
