North Village and PHC shared the honours during the recent Western General Insurance Ltd. 2002 Pee Wee Soccer Extravaganza held at White Hill Field.

Inspired by their senior counterparts' double success, Village's youngsters just barely missed out on duplicating the feat.

However, PHC had other ideas and Village would ultimately fall short in their bid to win the under-nine division after having clinched victory in the under-sevens.

In the under-seven final, Village easily powered past Wolves 5-1, while PHC saved their best for last to get by Village via a penalty shoot-out in the under-nines. The teams remained in a 1-1 deadlock at the end of regulation time.
