Coreen Ford pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding in the Supreme Court last week.The charge stems from an incident on June 7, 2004, but is an amended indictment, as originally Ford had been charged with unlawful wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm. She had pleaded not guilty to the original charge.

Her lawyer, Llewellyn Peniston, requested a social inquiry report before sentencing.
A date for sentencing will be set during the next arraignment session on May 2.
