Several flights to Bermuda were delayed last night as yet another snowstorm blasted the East Coast of the US.

However airport operations manager Jim Howes said he did not expect any outright cancellations and few delays for today. "Possibly the Boston flights as the storm is heading there," he said. "The Delta flight leaves for Bermuda at 8 a.m. from Boston so there is a possibility that one will be delayed."

Last night the Continental flight from Newark, New Jersey was delayed more than two hours, while the flight from Philadelphia was delayed an hour and a half, he said. Several other flights to Bermuda experienced lesser delays last night.
