Two men were jointly charged with stealing a chain valued at $10,000 in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Michael Puckerin, 21, of Footbridge Lane, Pembroke was charged with assault with intent to rob Usecto Durrant.

David Cox, was charged in the company of others with stealing a $10,000 gold chain from Mr. Durrant.

Both of these charges are indictable and Acting Senior Magistrate Carlisle Greaves remanded both men in custody until mention on December 17.

Perry Mosley Puckerin, 28, of Footbridge Lane, Pembroke was charged summarily for actual bodily harm at the same incident.

Lawyer Elizabeth Christopher represents Perry Puckerin, who goes up for bail today.
