Isaac will now spend the next 15 days in Westgate while his attorney investigates the lawfulness of the Magistrate?s order.

Richard Hector, who is representing Isaac, requested that an attorney from the New York District Attorney?s office, who was in court yesterday, say how long the defendant would have to wait in the US for his trial.

Speaking on behalf of the US attorney, former Acting Director of Public Prosecutions Kulandra Ratneser said the US trial would probably proceed ?after six to nine months of being in custody in the US?.
