Volunteers are asked to bring gloves, rakes, bow saws and lots of enthusiasm to the Government-organised National Clean Up Day tomorrow. Garbage bags and blue recyclable bags will be supplied for the Railway Trail and East End parks post-Fabian clean-up.
The event will take place between 8 a.m. and noon on the West End trails from Trimingham Hill, Paget, to Frank?s Bay, Southampton, for cleaning up vegetation and litter and at Coney Island Park, Ferry Point Park and Clearwater Park for the clean-up of vegetation and flotsam. The clean-up will not involve bulky items.
