Consumer website goes live

Filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs can now be made with the simple click of a button after the department announced the launch of its new website yesterday.
Whether one needs tips on how to buy a new car, home improvements, or money management, all they have to do is go to www.ca.gov.bm and click on the appropriate icon.
The department also plans dedicate a web page to children and teens in the future.
But filing a complaint is not the only feedback feature available to consumers.
Should they want to commend a business for their service, they can utilise the “Thank A Business” form and the department would forward the accolade for them.
