Despite ongoing work at Paget Primary last week, the principal is confident the school will be ready when students return on Thursday. During a brief visit to the school on Friday workmen were painting walls while private contractors completed an outside roof.

Principal Wendell Smith said teachers would be working right up to tomorrow night getting classrooms ready.

Meanwhile the Department of Works and Engineering could not be reached for comment as to the extent of work on other schools including Whitney Institute.
