Executive denies assaulting his ex

A 26-year-old woman denied importing more than $18,000 worth of cannabis resin this week in Magistrates? Court.

Chemeekia Danielle Walters, of Derwent Lane, Devonshire, was charged with importing 181.71 grams of cannabis resin and possession with intent to supply.

She was arrested on May 30 in St. George?s.

Walters, who was not represented, denied both charges.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner set bail at $2,000 with a surety and a trial date for October 8.
