A Pembroke man is in hospital after he was stabbed in the chest during a domestic dispute on Tuesday night, Police revealed yesterday.
Police Media Relations spokesman Dwayne Caines said officers arrested a woman after the 26-year-old man sustained two puncture wounds to his chest when he was attacked at a Glebe Road residence at around midnight.
Officers found the man lying on the grass outside the house being treated by emergency medical technicians after they were called there.
The man was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, Mr. Caines said, where he was reported to be in a stable condition.
He declined to release any further details because the incident was a domestic dispute..
