The Progressive Labour Party has declined an invitation to speak about its election platform at a Chamber of Commerce power breakfast event this week.

The Chamber had invited representatives from both political parties to speak on separate days and after "some deliberation" the PLP decided not to take part.

A member of the UBP will speak on Thursday for 30 minutes giving the business community an opportunity to ask questions about its platform.
