About 24 people have filed objections to entries in the voters list, according to Parliamentary Registrar Sabrina Phillips.

The final list of voters will be displayed on Thursday. Many of the objections concerned people who had updated their registrations but filled in the forms inaccurately, she said. "If they did it electronically it was quite easy to find them. We had one person complaining that their address had not been changed but found that they had put their old address where they should have put in the new address."

She dismissed reports that some people had been registered to addresses they had not lived in, saying that no such reports had been brought to her attention.
