The Development Applications Board (DAB) has granted final Planning approval to a St. George?s woman to convert part of her house into a home for four seniors.
Deborah Lowe received approval for a partial change of use for No. 34, Ballast Point Road from residential to social.
?For the avoidance of any doubt the hereby approval is for a maximum of four seniors and any increase in the number will need to be the subject of a Planning application and approved by the Board,? the DAB said on June 14.
