Environment Minister Neletha Butterfield tabled the Historic Wrecks Amendment Act 2004 in the House of Assembly on Friday.

And Opposition Leader Dr. Grant Gibbons advised of a motion he will move at the next meeting of Parliamentarians to take note of the lack of progress in the development, clean-up and future use of the former baselands at Morgan's Point.
