Police were called to outside the Ozone nightclub in the early hours of yesterday after rival gangs faced off against one another.

Groups of youths from the Ord Road, Paget, area and others from Pembroke were involved in what Police described as minor skirmishes.

Police were called at 3.20 a.m. and monitored the situation, but the crowds dispersed without any arrests, and no one made a complaint of being assaulted.
