Police investigating complaints a man had been rooting through sunbathers? belongings on Horseshoe Bay have made an arrest. Officers attended the Southampton beach at 12.45 p.m. on Tuesday. After receiving more information, the beach search continued and the suspect was located at nearby Chaplin Bay. A 20-year-old Pembroke man was arrested.
