Man faces trial for offensive words

A man charged with using offensive words in a public place will have his case go to trial in Magistrates' Court next month.
Eugene Brangman, 53, of Sandys, was charged with using offensive words to Margaret Medley on November 13, 2003 at Belvin's Groceries.
The court heard that he shouted; "You are a cold b***h, you should be put away".
Acting Senior Magistrate Carlisle Greaves gave Brangman $500 bail. He will be tried on June 7 in Magistrates' Court.
