However while saying the achievement was no small feat, the Premier added it does show there are areas where Bermuda needs to improve.

The Department of Statistics is producing its own local report on the issues of literacy and numeracy, and the Premier said yesterday he expected that report to be delivered to Cabinet by the end of this fiscal year for Government to act on its recommendations.
