A thief got away with $25 from a woman?s handbag on Saturday morning while she was at a Front Street night club.

The complainant said that sometime between 2.30 and 3 a.m., while she was at the establishment, the beige bag was stolen.

The bag contained the cash and various personal items. Inquiries are underway.
