CableVision apologised yesterday for a loss of services to customers in parts of Warwick, Southampton and Sandys on Sunday. CableVision was doing maintenance work to their fibre optic network late Saturday night but it turned out to be more extensive than they expected and the company was still working yesterday causing the loss of service.

The company is offering a one-day credit to all customers in the affected parishes on their next statements.
