A landscaper detained a would-be-thief until Police arrived at the scene on Friday.

The man told Police that he was at work at 11.30 a.m. when he noticed a motorcyclist speed through the front gate and up to the main house.

When the landscaper went to look for the man he could only find his cycle. bur he also saw signs that someone had tried to break into the house.

Soon after, he found the man and detained him until Police arrived. The suspect was arrested.
