One of the world?s most prolific hackers has defaced several Bermuda-based Internet sites.

Zone-h, the Internet thermometer (www.zone-h.org), reported that at 1.43 a.m. on April 1, the hacker ?iskorpitx? performed a ?mass defacement? of 20 Bermuda websites.

?Under construction: This site is under construction and will be available soon,? the defaced websites state. ?Thank you for visiting!?

?Iskorpitx? is number four on Zone-h?s list of top website attackers, having committed 325 known defacements.

Several Bermuda sites ? including its.bm, ims.bm, bedfordmgt.bm, dcemicoaching.bm, atlantic.bm, mangoesgym.bm, watcon.bm, acs.bm and cpr.bm were still defaced as of last night.
