The yacht Marzupilami which suffered a disabled engine and broken rigging en route from Martinique was set to be towed into Bermuda last night.

The three crew on the 46-foot yacht had declined an offer of help from a tanker but were then towed in by local fishing boat Shadow.

The boat ran into trouble 300 miles off Bermuda on March 18 and had lost power and lights said a Harbour Radio spokesman last night.
