Sexual predator 46-year-old Ronald Tucker, who went on a day-long spree of stalking and sexual assault, will be sentenced pending the results of a psychiatric report.

But in Magistrate's Court yesterday Acting Senior Magistrate Carlisle Greaves was reluctant to grant the two week extension for the report, siting the fact that Tucker has history of sexual harassment behaviour dating back to 1965.

"We must have a ton of reports on him already," Mr. Greaves said. "You don't need an update on him, he does the same thing over and over. He is a sexual predator."

Tucker, a St. Brendan's outpatient, pleaded guilty to sexual assault and two counts of stalking and assault which took place last Tuesday.

The court heard that Police received four complaints from four different women saying that Tucker made unwelcome advances towards them, which frightened them.

Mr. Greaves was told that, starting from 1.50 p.m. last Tuesday, Tucker stalked a woman while she walked through City Hall parking lot in Hamilton calling out to her.

At about 2 p.m. on the same day and in the same area, he followed another woman, eventually approaching her and grabbing her left breast.

An hour later he followed a woman while she was walking on Park Road in Hamilton.
