Shannon Dwayne Julian Tucker, 29, of Broken Hill Lane, was not required to plead to charges he conspired to import drugs up to March 31 last year and that he imported cocaine in the same period.
Crown counsel Graveney Bannister said the Crown did not object to bail, subject to certain conditions.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Tucker on $10,000 bail and ordered him to surrender his passport and report to Hamilton Police Station every Friday between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.
He adjourned Tucker?s case until February 9.
