BSX edges down

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday fell slightly to close down 4.49 points to 3,176.19.

Butterfield Bank saw the highest volume of trading with investors buying and selling 2,420 shares while pushing down the value ten cents to $40.40.

And Island Press (Holdings) Ltd. - the parent company of the Bermuda Sun - saw 5,800 shares trade at $5.50.

Meanwhile, Argus Insurance investors bought and sold 700 shares at $25.45.
