BSX gains in strong trading

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday gained 3.61 points to close at 2,798.45.Bermuda Press - the parent company of <I>The Royal Gazette </I>- saw the highest volume of trading yesterday with 7,600 shares changing hands. It was unchanged at $12.

In the utilities sector, there was also a good volume of trading for KeyTech - the parent company of Logic, BTC and Mobility - when 5,700 shares were traded.
Belco investors bought and sold 2,120 shares while the Bank of Butterfield was the only BSX listed company to see its stock price fluctuate, with a 15 cent gain to $38.65 and trading of 2,060 shares.
