The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index slipped 0.2 points yesterday to close at 3,771.44.

On a quiet day of trading Butterfield Bank was unchanged at $45.50 as investors traded 1,000 shares.

The only other movement was Devonshire Industries declining 25 cents to close at $14.25 on volume of 100 shares.

The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX was $47,321.00 and the overall volume of shares was 1,166.
