Argus shares drop on the BSX

A drop in insurance company Argus Group's share price sent the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange down last week.

Argus saw trading of 2,000 shares with its stock price ending the week down $1.25 to $19.75.

That sent the Index down 8.977 points to finish at 2,713.38.

A 50 cent jump in LOM (Holdings) Ltd. shares to $2.75 on heavy volume of 30,950 shares was not enough to offset the decline.

The only other gainer on the week was Bermuda Commercial Bank warrants, which gained one cent to 16 cents on volume of 2,000.

The Bank of Butterfield saw 21,528 shares change hands and no change to its price of $35.50.

The only other BSX-listed company to see trading during the week was Belco with trading of 700 shares.
