Belco shares slump

Belco shares slumped almost ten percent yesterday, helping to drive the Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index down 1.56 percent.
The index closed down 76.27 points to close at 4,813.17 in moderate trading of 10,483 shares worth $404,523.
Belco Holdings led decliners, dropping $2.50 or 9.1 percent to close at $25 on volume of 3,900 shares.
LOM (Holdings) also fell, losing 23.2 percent or 80 cents to close at $2.85 on thin volume of 500 shares.
And Argus also dropped. falling 68 cents or 5.2 percent to close at $12.50 on volume of 200 shares.
Trading unchanged were Butterfield Bank at $56 on volume of 5,183 and KeyTech at $15.50 on volume of 700 shares.
