The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index rose 24.21 points or 0.90 percent to close at 2,710.25 yesterday with only two stocks moving.

The Bank of Butterfield closed $1 higher at $35 on a volume of 6,869 shares changing hands while Belco Holdings sold 69 shares unchanged at $34 per share.
