BSX index falls 26.48 points
The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday fell 26.48 points to close at 3,157.04.
Bermuda Container Line Ltd. saw the highest volume of trading when investors traded 11,800 shares while pushing down the share price $1 to $10.
KeyTech - the parent company of BTC, Mobility and Logic Communications - shareholders traded 9,600 shares while they were pushed up 20 cents to $9.80.
In the insurance sector, BF&M saw 4,800 shares move while the price fell off $1.40 to $12.60.
Meanwhile, Argus Insurance shares also fell $1 to $25 on trading of 700 shares.
Butterfield Bank investors bought and sold 1,400 shares while closing up 25 cents to $40.75.
And Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd. - the parent company of The Royal Gazette - saw 1,000 shares move while the share price gained five cents to close at $13.05.
