The Bermuda Business Development Agency, in association with Oxbow Partners, will air a webinar about Bermuda’s ESG maturity.

This latest edition of the Bermuda Angle webinar series — entitled Bermuda’s ESG Experience and its Influence on the Global (Re)insurance Industry — will include an introduction from Walter Roban, the Deputy Premier.

“Key topics that the panellists will discuss include talk v. meaningful action; potential barriers, including readily available ESG data/metrics; and how Bermuda’s history of innovation could manifest itself into new climate-risk finance products or sectors.”

Mr Versi will also provide high-level findings of the report ESG in Bermuda — The Rising Tide.

The document was launched at the BDA’s inaugural Bermuda Climate Summit in May and includes interviews with 21 (re)insurers and ILS funds and other industry leaders.
