Belco’s customer call centre and payments service to close on Monday

Belco’s customer call centre and payments service will not be open on Monday, September 19 due to the public holiday marking the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, the power company has said.

Meters originally scheduled to be read and billed on Monday will be rescheduled for the following day, Tuesday, September 20.

Customers will still be able to call 955 in the event of an outage or emergency during the public holiday.

Belco’s Serpentine Road headquarters will be closed on Monday.

For more information, the company has advised customers to visit www.belco.bm.
