The City of Hamilton will begin to pick up Christmas trees next week.A spokeswoman for the city said collection will take place every Tuesday and Thursday for the rest of January.The spokeswoman said: “Trees should be placed on the sidewalk between 6am and 8am and must be free of any lights and ornaments.“The city kindly asks that trees not be put out and left overnight as they can potentially become a hazard in any inclement or windy weather.”
