Police: no sign of shots fired

Police have found no evidence of shots fired in the area of St John’s Road, Pembroke, a spokesman said at 1.15pm today.
Police earlier fielded calls in the wake of social media posts about a purported incident at midday near the junction with Woodlands Road.
A spokesman said police would carry out passing patrols of the general area to look into the matter.
Area businesses shortly after noon today were unaware of any incident when contacted by The Royal Gazette
