Dear Sir,

Further to my letter last week, I have been asked why I am so confident that Bermuda CableVision will be reducing everyone’s bills.

Well, most folks will recall that a few years ago the bills were increased after they threatened to pull the plug on the two local channels unless they were paid more (I think $1.00 per channel, per month, per subscriber).

And there are many thousands of subscribers!

Now that VSB-TV is no more (RIP) the only local channel carried by CableVision is ZBM, so naturally they will be reducing everyone’s monthly bills. From October, no doubt.
