New appointments to increase Vantage Risk’s momentum
Bermudian-based firm Vantage Risk, has announced two new appointments.
Dan Reichert is now vice-president, west distribution leader and Leanne Berry is vice-president, central distribution leader.
Mr Reichert is based in California and Ms Berry is in Illinois. They will report to Dane Lopes, Vantage Risk’s chief commercial officer, insurance.
Mr Reichert and Ms Berry will be key points of contact for Vantage Risk’s US brokers and clients, helping to address their speciality insurance needs. They will support the organisation’s sustained, profitable speciality insurance growth by building greater market awareness and connectivity and originating new business opportunities for Vantage Risk's US underwriters.
Mr Lopes said Vantage Risk has been embraced by the insurance market for more than their capacity.
“After a few short years, we trade with all leading wholesale and retail brokers in a meaningful way,” Mr Lopes said. “That is a testament to our top talent, responsiveness, speciality insurance solutions, and focus on speed-to-the-trade.
He said Mr Reichert and Ms Berry would increase the firm’s momentum while further strengthening their business relationships in the American west and central regions. “I’m confident that their experience, strong market relationships and proximity will lead to exceptional support for our brokers and clients,” he said.
Mr Reichert joined Vantage from AIG, where he held distribution leadership roles in the southwest.
Ms Berry was previously at Arch Insurance.
