The Development Applications Board has approved planning permission for a five-storey storage building in Hamilton.
The application, by Paragon Trust, is described as a "light industrial" building and will be situated at 24 Angle Street.
Existing buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for the five-storey construction, which also includes parking and a basement.
Two storeys below ground will act as ancillary space while the ground floor will contain parking, plus pick-up and delivery from Elliott Street.
The DAB made it a condition of the application that there is provision for storm water run-off, so as to avoid water building up in the road.
Prior to construction, Paragon Trust must also obtain a building permit.
