The Rev. Carl Williams has been appointed Priest in Charge of the Parish of St. Anne's, Southampton.

Until recently, Rev. Williams has been an assistant priest at All Saints Church in Port of Spain in the Diocese of Trinidad and Tobago.

He will be installed and licensed on July 12, at 7.30 p.m., in the parish church.
