Two women and a man charged with unlawfully wounding a young woman with intent to cause grievous bodily harm were released on bail yesterday.

Sharde Dorika Hassell, 19, Jahnika Ashley Powell, 22 — both of Two Way Lane, Pembroke, and Christopher Lima Ferreira, of Ten Pin Crescent, Warwick appeared in Magistrates' Court after being remanded into custody two weeks ago.

The three allegedly attacked Jainai Caldwell in the early hours of May 25. They were not required to enter a plea because the matter is indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.

The matter is set for mention on June 26. The defendants were bailed in the amount of $5,000 each with one surety.
