A Devonshire man accused of threatening his neighbour has appeared in Magistrates' Court.

Gilroy Perolt, 41, of Cedar Park, in Devonshire, denied using threatening words to a woman residing in his compound on June 17, in Devonshire Parish.

The court will hear Perolt's case on August 28, until then he is released on bail of $1,000 with one surety.
