The executive of the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) narrowly survived a vote of no confidence last night at an emergency meeting forced upon them by a group of disgruntled affiliate clubs.
After a 90-minute session at Devonshire Recreation Club, embattled BCB president Reggie Pearman was able to breathe a sigh of relief as the vote went nine to six in favour of retaining his administration.
A total of 16 clubs are represented by the Board, with only Somerset Bridge Recreation Club not present.
