Residents with milk allergens are being warned not to eat crackers by Back to Nature.

Kraft Foods is recalling its Back to Nature Sesame Ginger Rice Thins, described as ‘lightly crisped baked crackers’.

The warning was issued by the Department of Environmental Health to the public and stores on the Island.

Recalled packages have the code UPC 7 59283 10013 5, use by date May 16 2007.

The recall is due to a small number of boxes inadvertently manufactured using a milk ingredient seasoning, and no milk ingredients are declared on the label.
