A Bermuda ambassadorJune 10, 2007Dear Sir,I am writing this letter to let the people of Bermuda know about one of your outstanding citizens. My family and I were in Bermuda the week of May 13, 2007. We had taken the Norwegian Cruise line out of Boston. My mother is quite frail and required assistance with mobility. We hired Sonya Smith to drive us around your lovely island by taxi. We had no idea of the fantastic time she was to show us. She informed us of your island history and introduced us to many of your citizens. She even went as far to do everything she possibly could to make sure my mother was comfortable and part of the experience. She brought a chair out to the beach at Horseshoe Bay so my mother could sit and enjoy the surroundings that the rest of us were. My family and I have never felt so welcome. I would like to applaud Sonya for her warm and caring personality. Sonya is definitely a role model that leads by example. I wish Sonya and your citizens the best. Hats off TO Sonya!
