Car flips in Saturday night crash

Police are investigating after a driver left a crashed and overturned car blocking a road in Devonshire shortly after midnight.

Officers found the vehicle on Watlington Road East, near the junction with Jackson Drive, at about 12.30am today. There was no one inside.

Checks at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital confirmed that the driver, a 50-year-old woman, had attended for medical treatment.

Police said she did not appear to have suffered any serious injuries.
